Re: Flash Drive help

Sometimes flash drives get mapped to a drive letter that is already being used. In the picture above you can see (E) has been mapped to the flash drive. One way to verify the computer is picking up that a flash drive has been plugged in and is mapped to it's own drive letter is to go toplug in the flash drive and then go to the Control Panel then click Administrative Tools then click Computer Management. When the next screen comes up find Disk Management and click on it. When you have done this a list of the drives and their letter. If your flash drive shares a letter with another drive right click on the flash drive and select Change Drive letter and path. Then you should be able to walk through it easy enough. Good luck!
