Texan_Til_I_Die
Re: oklahoma cam pics Couple of nice 120 - 130 class deer. Might want to let them age a bit if you're interested in letting them reach their maximum potential.

Ben [/ QUOTE ] Come on guys, it isn't like that everywhere. Ease up a little. I have never had too many problems with neighbors shooting small deer. Just have to talk to them and let em know what you are trying to do. They might agree and jump on the bandwagon w/you.

wtnhunt
Re: oklahoma cam pics Welcome to the forums. Nice pics. Some good deer there. Around here, not a chance anyone in this area will let a 2.5 year old walk, much less a 3.5 year old, so odds are really against trying to manage a property. Guest livetohunt25
Re: oklahoma cam pics these pic where taken on a track of land that includes about 4000 acres. I am all about managing land there is no way that i consider these buck shooter by no means. However i just wanted to share with everyone. last year i shot a 160 10 point so i defintely know how to pass the smaller one. i would rather go thur a season and shoot any does as to shoot a young 2.5 or 3.5 deer. my intent is to not shoot anything younger than 4.5. I have been reading where bucks do not reach their full potenal until 7.5 - 8.5 so i would like to encourge all you all to hold off the younger deer. Good hunting
