ODH
Re: deer target I bought a Block 4X4 and I like it, but my Muzzy 125g broadheads really tear up the layered broadhead side. It's a good target though for the money I paid for it. I also have a Delta target for fieldpoints.
hunterDWL
Re: deer target i use several diffrent kind and animals ive got sort of a 3d range in my back yard i would not buy any targets with replacble vitals they just pull out all the time and become a real promblem try the hd targets from mckenzie thats what all my targets are now i must say ill never buy another kind i used the glendel buck when they first came out had two of them they did not last long for me the layers shot out of the center of the kill zone to fast and my arrows had pass throughs good luck with what ever you choose
magnatecsteve
Re: deer target I would think twice if you are planning on buying a cheaper target..I had a few Blue Ridge and Delta targets..they lasted ok, but not like a McKenzie would, but hey..they were cheap! Well, after totally wearing out yet another target, I went to some stores to look for a target. I had heard that Delta had bought out McKenzie targets. I asked my local pro-shop owner and he said yes they did sell to Delta. Well, I saw a large Delta deer target that advertised a newer foam..so I bought it. It was about $90. I have shot it a few weeks, and I am nearly getting pass-throughs already. When I did buy the Delta target..the shipping label said McKenzie on it. Well, I hope they don't start making the McKenzie targets like the Delta ones. There is NO reason I should be having near pass throughs at 30 yards when I have never shot broadheads at it. If you only shoot a little, a cheaper target may be fine, but if you shoot alot, I would recommend an original McKenzie or a Reinhart. WvBowhunterKE
Re: deer target cool thanks...In all honesty I probably shoot at a minimum of 1 n 45 minutes a day..so I think I might look for a McKenzie or Reinhart....Thanks guys!
