Re: new arrows ( Pics)

im going to give you the truth on the Blazer vanes. these arrows fly just as good as any arrow i have had for the last 5 seasons. wink.gif

they look nice, and are a little lighter. but in the past 5 seasons i have shot 4 inch vanes , 5 inch vanes, 3 inch low profile vanes and my arrows all flew just as good as this dozen.

while i havent tried broadheads with them yet. im sure its not just the vanes that make these fly so good. its the arrows themselves. they are Goldtip 5575 Hunter Pros. which means they are .001 straightness and +or -1 grain for weight. all arrows in this dozen weigh in at 378 grs each exactly.

they have been squared with a squaring tool and the inserts have been spin tuned with broadheads. they fly great. but im lucky that i have access to a shop where i can play with them to get them perfect.

my guess is they would fly just as good with low pro 3 inch vanes or 4 inch feathers. but i will say one thing for the Blazers. i shot one and it went into a soft part of the X on my bag target at 40 yards. wink.gif it burried all the way up past the nock. i pulled the arrow out of my bag from the back and then blazers were not crinkled at all. they were just perfect. so they are tough little buggers. wink.gif

im going to do a lot of shooting with tme in the upcoming weeks and put them through the mill so to speak. i will get back to you after a week or 2 to let you all know what i think then. wink.gif
