Bid on a Remington 7400 semi-auto rifle, chambered 270, with a 3x9 VX-II Leupold on top. The gun is in great shape, clean, blueing in great shape, and not a mark on the wood. Gave $300 for it. I thought I did pretty good. Guns were going low today, which is a nice change after a couple other auctions I been to. Let me know what you think.... I did not take it to the range to get it sighted in yet, however, I forsee that in the near future. I will take the gun apart tomorrow night and clean it thoroughly. Upon closer inspection of the gun, I did not see any wear marks or anything like it was mistreated. The chamber and barrel was clean. All in all, I think I did pretty darn good on the deal. However, the trigger is pretty poor on that gun. Is there anything that can be done on those triggers for the 7400? Just curious. I think I can get to learn to shoot that gun though.
