Great Job. Make sure to surround yourself with lots of supporters. Been about 6 months for me. Man do I feel better and have lots more energy. Been lucky thouth I haven't gained weight. My 3 daughters were my inspiration to quit. I lost my mother to lung cancer about 5 years ago and I don't want my children going through what I went through. Keep it up and congratulations!!!

I for one am glad you quit. Its much nicer as a non smoker to hang out with another non smoker especially when hunitng and riding around in the truck, etc....

Although now your much faster up and down that dang mountian we hunt on and I cant keep up anymore. LOL

At least when ya smoked I had a chance. LOL
