Folks do yourself a favor and quit while you still can, and for those who don't smoke or chew......don't start!!!! There are so many better things you can spend your money on. Man do I feel better and have lots more energy. Been lucky thouth I haven't gained weight. My 3 daughters were my inspiration to quit. I lost my mother to lung cancer about 5 years ago and I don't want my children going through what I went through. Its much nicer as a non smoker to hang out with another non smoker especially when hunitng and riding around in the truck, etc.... Although now your much faster up and down that dang mountian we hunt on and I cant keep up anymore. LOL At least when ya smoked I had a chance.
