Guest ExtremeSoloDubV
We planted the Hamann Farms fall/winter mix and a small patch of the winter blend approximately a month ago. It's coming up great now that we have gotten plenty of rain in the past 2 1/2 wks! My question for you experts is how long will an annual plot grow until as far as months are concerned? wtnhunt
Re: Curious.... Not really sure, would think it would primarily depend on the conditions where you are. Hoping to see our "winter" blend continue to produce on into the colder months here.
LETMGROW
Re: Curious.... My advice would be to E-Mail or call Hamann Farms and ask them. Up here the first frost pretty well stops the growing cycle. We expect a frost anytime now. I'm sure hoping we can hold out a couple weeks longer as we just planted some areas a couple weeks ago. Let us know what you find out.
wtnhunt
Re: Curious.... You can pm Martin(OneidaMan) or wait a bit and I am sure Todd(dogdoc) will see this and will give you a better idea.

wtnhunt
Re: Curious.... Dont think the website tells how long to expect the plants to continue to grow. Like I said shoot Martin or dogdoc a pm. Surprised neither of them has answered in here yet.
dogdoc
Re: Curious.... what plays a big role in cool season growth is soil temps. You could get a good frost but if it warms up again and the soil temps are still fairly warm then you should still get good growth. Once the soil temps reach a certain degree then growth usually stops and the plant goes into winter dormancy. So I don't think there is an exact number of days that a person could give you. todd
