Re: Tree stand/Blind names?

The stand I killed my buck out of last year is called the "Chesney Stand". The last song I heard on the radio before I went to the woods was "Who You'd Be Today" by Kenny Chesney. The song playing on the radio when I got back that night was "Who You'd Be Today" by Kenny Chesney. I figure that could be my lucky song. grin.gif

Big Buck Draw

Coyote Point

Lost Field

Corn Highway

Big Thicket

Serengetti

The Golf Cart

Blown Over

Blue Barrel

I'm sure I've forgotten a few. In fact, I'm pretty sure that we've got at least a couple of stands sitting somewhere on the ranch that everyone's lost track of. Happens when you hunt large properties.

we have one called the "widowmaker" because its so heavy it takes almost 3 guys to hang it. Its a homemade job that is well built but man its that thing a beast to get up the tree!!

we have the "Ridge Stand" "Pond Stand" "Goldbond shack" Watchtower #1, Watchtower #2

[/ QUOTE ]

All my stands are like this Lou.

I have to use a pulley, chains, and my atv winch to get mine up and down.

One even lifted the atv almost completely off the ground once when the winch button stuck on me. LOL

Mine are built to last the ages.

And support my fat *&^%... LOL
