Deer fighting

Last night I was watching about 40 deer in a hay field. For about 30 minutes 2 six pointers carried on fighting. At times the noise got pretty loud. This shows me 2 different things. One, it is never too early to do a little rattling. Two, no need to rattle early because the 2 mature bucks in the field never even looked in the direction of the fight. Interesting.

Re: Deer fighting

It's funny how some mild sarcasism goes right over their heads. My point is----rattling early does not hurt anything but may not be effective on mature bucks. No offense taken. I welcome the feedback.
