They keep there bend in the wire!!!!!! I just put up the old ones, after I got them all working again!!!!!!!!!!! Reminds me of the song, The 12 Pains of Christmas! whitetailkiller Posted December 4, 2004 Report Share Posted December 4, 2004 Re: Need help fast! i still have to get involved with the lights!!!!! we don't usually decorate too early,,,my wife runs a daycare and we don't want to risk a kid getting injured in any way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but i'll be fighting with light balls and stuff soon enough!!!!!!!! they have wheels that you can wrap your lights on (like an extension cord reel!) why i don't own one yet is up to the wife!!!!lol good luck with your christmas lights!!!!!!!!!! Over the summer, my sump pump quit and my basement flooded about 2 inches deep. these were lying on the floor down there and got submerged. They don't light up anymore.
