StillLearnin Posted September 14, 2006 Report Share Posted September 14, 2006 I was at the bass pro in Broken arrow the other day and they where playing takem 6 on one of the TV's. Looked awsome. So when I got home I ordered it off the internet because they didn't carry it on the rack. Just got here to day I can't wait to watch it this weekend. I have takem 6,7,8 and this years takem 8 Steve Bierle is the host. Barnie is still hunting with them on a few hunts but he is in the background. And I agree he was a great host. I guess that's because Barnie isn't on the video as much. I like the hunting from a boat because that's how I hunt 85-90% of the time. It's still a good video and I would recommend it. Takem 8 has a lot of canada hunts which stinks cause there are hardly ever birds flying like that here in oklahoma. But there are some hunts in s. Dakota where the weather is FREEZING COLD and they are some awsome hunts in my opinion. TAkem 7 I believe has the second day of that famous Dakota duck hunt but I can't remember. For anyone that hasn't seen it, the guys limited out, but instead of packing up, they just sat in the blinds and watched as HUNDREDS of mallards stormed in and out of their setup. It was unreal. Steve has more trouble with that gun as it keeps freezing up and jamming that he has to use his buddies 870. It is just a fun looking hunt.
