magnatecsteve Posted September 15, 2006 Report Share Posted September 15, 2006 Went out to do a final check on a few stands, plus trim up one I plan on gun hunting from....I came across a strange looking trail, a people trail..so I followed it...RIGHT TO MY STAND!! The only thing is, they weren't after my hunting spot, there is a large marijuana crop right along the ditch in front of and behind my stand! They are a bunch of idiots too, an idiot could follow their trail right to it. I called a buddy of mine that is a DNR officer, he led me to the Indiana Drug Task Force Coordinator, so they are going to do a little "hunt" of their own tonight!!! I'm pertty ticked off, now there is human scent all over that area where the potheads have been tromping in and out right by my stand... I am not saying this for the benefit of yourself...but if you are worried about human scent being all over the place, I would have set fire to the crop, let it burn and smoke, that should take care of the human scent, and you never know, you might have found the best deer attractant that a pothead can grow. This is a family sight and yes it will be frowned on to promote illegal drug use and calling people on here ignorant and saying that our oppinions lead to massacres. Parents not giving a crap about what their kids did in their own home is what led to Columbine and your statement shows your ignorance. Maybe if their kids were involved in the outdoors with their parents then they may not have devalued other's lives so easily. Nobody here tried to tell you how to live or what to say so don't go criticizing oppinions of others just because you disagree. It's their oppinion and they are welcomed here. You are new and may not know that a lot of young people are on here and we take into consideration how they view things like drugs and drug users. If you use then you are a loser.
