tp793
what do you all do when your having a rough time, or just need to get away? Been really stressed out lately and trying to come up with some new ways to get my mind off things. For me it's out to the woods for a sit, or out to the back roads for a foot to the floor drive. SUGARKAHNE
Re: stress relievers When I'm having a bad time I just go outside to the woods for a while and don't come back until I feel better. Playing the piano seems to help some too.

arrow32
Re: stress relievers Like you said just out in the woods sitting and watching nature being out on an old back road or somthing. Maybe sit back and listen to a little country or get on here to vent a little or post some.

muggs
Re: stress relievers Hit a heavy bag. hands down the best way to vent, and release a lot of stress. Its great if you're upset about something, but its also just a really good way to let everything you got pent up inside out. I just sorta channel everything that's bothering me, and then go nuts for 12- 3 minutes rounds. Great workout too.
Guest Andrea
Re: stress relievers Would love to have a heavy bag to beat the crap out of. Maybe one day...................... Otherwise................fishing seems to be the end-all cure-all for everything for me. If that doesn't work..............RACQUETBALL. Shaun_300
Re: stress relievers I'll either go for a walk in the woods or go for a drive. For some reason being in the car listening to music calms me down. I don't get stressed that often though, it actually takes quite a bit.
