I thought that was where Mike was hunting?? confused.gifconfused.gifgrin.gifgrin.gif

Well, he will start out there, and move about 15 times in 4 days!!!

Crap! Forgot about Mike. How many "Gar Holes" do we have, Jason??? We've got too many hunters and not enough bad spots to put them in.

I wouldn't mind seeing that.grin.gif

BTW--it don't matter what you shoot up there, guys. It could be a new Oklahoma State Record and you'll still have to skin and quarter it yourself and we'll be ragging you over not wiping the milk off its mouth before shooting it.

I forgot you guys have broadhead restrictions there. What do I need to shoot to be legal? Are there any other rules like that I should be aware of?

[/ QUOTE ]

Basically the only thing you really have to watch out for is broadhead length. See Gator's post pinned at the top of this room.

Other than that its pretty straight forward. Your hunting license will run you around $137 and your tag will run $201(you can buy an antlered and antlerless tag for $50 more). So you're looking at around $400 smackeroos.

Go to www.wildlifedepartment.com to find out more.

Man, I am glad I am a resident and have a lifetime combo license. I would be broke if it weren't for that. It's been a while since I have checked in here, but I am still planning on attending the camp. I won't know for sure until it gets closer, but since I shot my deer, I don't have to worry about going back home during the rut. Anything I get from here on is an added bonus.
