Newarcher Posted September 19, 2006 Report Share Posted September 19, 2006 Well folks, today is 14 years with my lovely bride....actually we have been together for 21 years non-stop. The catch is that I am only 35. Three homes, two kids, and a few departed pets (guinea pigs and goldfish) later and we are no worse for wear. We have been through a LOT of stuff over the years losing family, pets, jobs, etc. but we always stuck it out. I must admit to wanting to half kill her, revive her, and then kill her again on a couple of occassions. But I held myself back. Hard to believe when you say it that way, 14 years! It is hard to do anything like a movie because her mom has bad arthritis and can't look after the kids too much. I guess hunting would be out of the question! Been there done that every day!!!!!!!!!! By the way, my anniversary was this past saturday, the 16th. Number 28 for me we were married Sept 16th 1978.
