You are witnessing the harsh reality of mother nature. Even though the act of death is not something to celebrate, find peace in the fact that you are probably witnessing a very old doe at the end of a long natural life. Not a good idea to try to tame wild animals and feed them out of your hand...that is why problems arise like animal attacks and such....just a thought....
