Well I got one of those "dinky dog deer" a couple weeks ago. smile.gif Whitetails are very very rare here in my Region but I was able to connect with a nice little 5x4 after only a couple hours of hunting. Was a nice canoe ride down river with him too. laugh.gif

Right on BCBOY!Nice buck.I know how tuff it is to get a nice whitey in your neck of the woods!Congrats.I will be there in 2 & 1/2 weeks for X-mas with a bunch of pics to make my Bro-in-laws droooool!The one is on the island right now hoping to get 3 weeks of falling in before X-Mas.Hope he's out for X-mas!Thanx for sharing the pics!I love that country.

Thanks for the nice comments guys. To give you an idea of how rare these whiteys are here, this is my second whitey in 12 years. I probably see no more than 20 of them each year and that is being out there year round. Only a few get harvested every year, as this is primarily mule deer country. My brother took one this year too. Only just a little 3 point meat buck but for here that is a feat too.
