Whitetails are very very rare here in my Region but I was able to connect with a nice little 5x4 after only a couple hours of hunting. Was a nice canoe ride down river with him too. To give you an idea of how rare these whiteys are here, this is my second whitey in 12 years. I probably see no more than 20 of them each year and that is being out there year round. Only a few get harvested every year, as this is primarily mule deer country. My brother took one this year too. Only just a little 3 point meat buck but for here that is a feat too.
