It was the last day of the season and I was heading to take down my trail camera for the season. When I got to the tree that was supposed to have my camera on it, it was gone. I had a great season but no deer didn't even shoot at one. It was the first year on the land we just bought so my boyfreind knew it was going to be a learning year. There is nobody else that is allowed on the property and it is very hard to get to from any of the neighboring properties. It sucks that a person spends their hard earned money on a piece of equipment just to have some jerk come along and steal it. Sorry I couldn't upgrade the doe. I had shots at a few spikes ,and a fork that I let walk, so I could have gained a couple points, but couldn't justify it. 8th out of 27 teams, with a 70% succes rate ain't too shabby!!!! I took the last three days off of work and shot a doe for my wife's uncle on tuesday. I had a great season, saw a lot of deer and filled up the freezer. Congrats to all that were able to put meat on the table. I think our team did pretty well. I enjoyed it and look forward to doing it again next year.
