I love it! Very accurate, fast, and quiet. A lot of bow for the money too. Only $399.99 a very affordable price for that kind of a bow I think. I started shooting it and just the shots were great one after another. Sorry to hear you missed a doe, but like you said atleast it wasn't that 8 point you were hoping to get a shot at. wink.gif

Well I feel like today has been a real productive day.... Got home and fixed deer meat for lunch..... got out my bow and shot it for a while..... and was hittin a 2 inch spot most every time at 40 yds...... walked across the road from my house and found about 15 rubs and 4 HUGE scrapes that has been refreshed this morning...... and a what looks like a cow trail gong through the middle of it..... only one thing tho...... there anit no cows on this place!!!!! shocked.gif and what makes it even better..... its about 120 yds from my front door....... grin.gifwink.gif So in the next couple of days Im fixin to go get a sneak peek at what has been roaming though there....... blush.gif

Re: 10 - Realtree Antler Assassins

Glad to see a bunch of you guys are keeping this thread active; good job.

My hunting is over for now but I've been trying to get others onto deer. This morning I took my wife out, since she's been giving me a hard time about not drawing a moose tag this year and therefore having hungry freezers.

We were on one of my favorite slopes before daylight and settled into a good hideout. A doe came along about 1/2 hour into good light (no open season) and she was followed about 10 minutes later by the buck below.

He presented my wife a nice broadside shot at roughly 75 yards and she took him with one round from her .243. So I spent the rest of the morning gutting, hanging, skinning, and removing a couple choice cuts.

And no tattling - she'd have my hide if she knew I posted this.

Hi gang.

I've got team 8 at 53 points - a 10-pt, 3 6-pts, and a doe. That's 28 for scorable points plus 25 for the animals, = 53. Still has them in first place by quite a margin.

Team 2 seems to have crept ahead of us too. C'mon crew, bring home the bacon. wink.gif

We have nothing to worry aboyut. I think there is one more doe for team 8 too. I'm going up for 4 days this weekend. I know steve shot a doe, but I'm sure he is holding out for the big one and I know his wife as been eyeing an 8 point so we'll see how they did this weekend if they went out! grin.gif Nothing to worry about guys its still really early!

Re: 10 - Realtree Antler Assassins

Yeah I'm trying, but I can't get out nearly everyday or atleast once a week like a lot of people. I have to drive 2 hours and 30 minutes to get to where I hunt. I just found out that Team 8 actually has 59 points not 64 also. We are in 3rd place too. Only down by 1 point for 2nd place. So 1 more deer will get us in second. Plus we got IminRut hunting Leroy still so we'll see how well he does. cool.gif
