TexasDeerHunter Posted September 25, 2006 Report Share Posted September 25, 2006 Well, opening day of archery season is Saturday. Problem is that my wife has to work and we have a 10 month old. No babysitter and all the granparents are out of town and busy. Sooooo, I probably won't bag a buck Saturday as planned but I think I will go and set up a pop up blind and see if the lil one will watch deer with me. At least you have grandparents living near you, my 2 little guys grandparents are 3 and 4 hrs away. It's always looking for a babsysitter for us. Hope you have fun in the pop up. She has to work every Saturday morning. Her mom is willing to watch our little one (1-year old on the 3rd) but im sure after a few 5:00a.m. Saturday mornings she will change her mind... Took them out in the woods for the first time yesterday, they seems to like it. I had to carry them back as the 2nd year old was getting tired and the 5 month old, well she's not walking or crawling yet so dad had no choice but to carry her!
