You can buy an OTC tag to hunt those same units for spike only. There are also several smaller units in the state that are OTC any bull areas. I have a november muzzleloader tag for one of these units. The bulls are generally smaller, but in some cases, such as private property and backcountry, you have a shot at a great bull.
