11 year old bags trophy buck

thought all you young hunters may get a joy out of this..i have permission to post it here for you guys to see..its a friend of mine his friend took his daughter out hunting and she got this...

A friend of mine at work took his daughter out to the tree stand the other night and they scored big time, here's the story.......

Kristin (age 11) shot her 1st deer with a bow last night!

I picked the kids up from school last night and got home about 5:30. Kristin said that she had gotten all her home work done and was free for evening, so I asked her if she wanted to rush out and get in a little hunting. She said that she was tired and had a stomach ache. Rachel chimed-in and said that she would go hunting even if she was sick but had too much homework - she told Kristin that she'll never shoot a deer sitting on the couch. Kristin responded that she would get her camo on, and off we went to a stand that Kristin help pick the location for and hang.

We got in the tree at 6:00 and had a doe come straight into the stand 20 minutes later. It never gave her a good shot angle, but it was the closest Kristin had come to getting a shot (I won't let her shoot over 15 yards) in the last 3 seasons. 10 minutes later, I noticed Kristin stand up ( I was in a stand facing the opposite direction in the same tree). I looked down and saw a buck approaching. When the buck was broad-side at 10 yards I told her to draw and I attempted to stop the buck with a bleat. The buck took 3 more steps and stopped directly behind a tree. I told Kristin to let down her draw. The buck started to walk again and I told Kristin to draw a second time. I bleated but the deer wouldn't stop. I bleated again and the deer still wouldn't stop. I bleated as loud as I could a third time (or 4th if you're counting) and the deer stopped quartering away at 10 yards. Kristin made a perfect shot and the deer only went 75 yards. After Kristin and I settled down a minute, Kristin said that she could finally stop being jealous of her older sisters.
