My rear at the table usually.

At 21 I was 5"6' and 170lbs and worked out with 220lbs and could do 20 reps with it. That's all the weight I had, so I don't really know what my max was.

After being hit by a train in 1989 and falling out of a tree last year I would guess.......not much.

I am up to 20 push-ups after a year of rehab. grin.gif

Haven't seriously lifted since last year. Back then I was working out with 185, so I imagine I could have maxed 230-250 I guess.

I really couldn't do much more without spotters, didn't think it was safe.

Bench never was my strong point. Now talk abooot squatting where I can utilize my big Polish dupa, and that's a different story.

Oh, I'm 5'10" 230.
