Beer Brats, and Italian Sausage

Stuffed these last night and made a post in the lounge, and had requests for the recipe. All I use is Seasoning from LEM Products For the brats, their FRESH BRATWURST seasoning, and Italian, the SWEET ITALIAN, they have Hot Italian also. The directions call for 2 tsp per lb of meat, I add about 3 more tsp after that. This batch I used a SAM ADAMS Boston Lager in place of water. Have used Shiner Bock in the past. IMO, these brats are FAR better than anything you can buy in the store. LEM has a wide variety of seasonings, I made some breakfast sausage for the wife also, I have yet to try it. There summer sausage stuff is really good to!!

Each row there was made with 5lbs of meat, 4lbs deer, 1lb ground pork. I use natural hog casings for stuffing.
