superguide
Re: \"Treestandbowhunter offical 2006/7 NHL thread\" We'll see who sips from Lord Stanley lol-by the way I wouldn't trade Ryan Smythe for any European in the league right now-he's outscoring 70 percent of them and is tougher than all of them. [/ QUOTE ] Sabres played a good 1st perod then fell asleep after that. Penaltys plagued them too. Its a long season and they're off to a great start. Lets see where they're at in the spring. Just remember they are the "Buffalo" Sabres, and unfortunately we all know that Buffalo teams when they are playing good have a tendency to not make it all the way to the top. DANG the B's seem to like those nail bitters... They might have something in Finley if they can just get him healthy and free of injuries... MUDRUNNER
Re: \"Treestandbowhunter offical 2006/7 NHL thread\" San Jose looks like the real deal. They could be a pretty good contender come playoff time. My Blue notes dropped ANOTHER game last night. They need to get things turned around.Attendance is WAY down the past two years, and I can see why.You can't go from making the playoffs for 20 something consecutive years to being a bottom feeder and expect to draw crowds. It really ticks me off that are so pitifull since I have been a huge hockey fan since I was a little shaver.I don't get it,they should have a good core with Tkachuck,Weight, and Guerrin, but their D is week and Legacy lets in too many softees. Sorry for venting, but it's the first time I've seen the Blues struggle like this and two years of it is too much.

That's just great defensive play on the Bruins part,, and OH YEAH ,,,, forgot to mention I don't miss RAZOR at all....

Shaun_300
Re: \"Treestandbowhunter offical 2006/7 NHL thread\" The crappy part is that I could have been at that game in the 100 level. My friend had two tickets but had already asked another guy, he said he wasn't sure if he'd go and he'd call me if his other bud couldn't show up. Guess he did.
