mo_hunter
Re: Who does it? I've cut my thumb and index finger pretty good 2 years ago. I'd switched from 3 blade muzzy to 4 blade muzzy and have been using my fingers to removing the broadheads. It doesn't work so well with the 4 blade muzzy I found out . unioncountyslayer
Re: Who does it? I've done it once and learned my lesson (knocking on wood). I usually start my broadhead onto the arrow and then tighten it up with my quickee quiver.

magnatecsteve
Re: Who does it? [ QUOTE ] I just make sure mine are not sharp enough to cut me!! Actually 4 stitches in the thumb two years ago. [/ QUOTE ]mehunter..I HOPE that you are just kidding, if so read no further, If you're serious I would REALLY recommend using a broadhead that is VERY sharp and maybe using a broadhead wrench when installing them. You REALLY owe it to the animal you shoot to make SURE that your broadhead will do its' job with a quick kill. I think all others in this forum will agree with me here on this one... Stinger-Hunter
Re: Who does it? That reminds me to add bandaids to my hunting gear. This year I went to pull a weed in my foodplot and it sliced my finger pretty bad. My gloves were setting at my feet. Mistakes happen.
