tedicast
Re: Quiver on or off? I have a hook to hang my quiver from in each of my stands. I never shoot with the quiver on.
Swamphunter
Re: Quiver on or off? Depends..last night when I shot the spikehorn, I had it on because it was windy and rainy and I was worried about it falling out of the tree where I hook it if the wind caught it just right. If I can safely hang it, I leave it off though.
AdvantageTimberLou
Re: Quiver on or off? Mine is left on, that way if I need an arrow its right there and I can get it out fast. Think of this, arrows are usally held in tight on the rails of the quiver. Can you successfully pull out an arrow if the quiver was just hanging on a hook and do this without it swaying all over and the deer not noticing you? Quivers on make it simple to get another arrow fast!!

MCH
Re: Quiver on or off? Off. I have a quickee attachment on my Summit treestand. Once I get in my tree, I just attach it to my stand and I don't have to worry about it falling out. Plus, the quiver is just inches away in case I need to reload quickly. vagobbln
Re: Quiver on or off? Off, hanging within arms reach. I don't practice with it on so that's the way I hunt. I think the bow balaces a little better and it's probably a little quieter too.
