Here's my current arsenal of guns. These are only the ones from the gun vault here that I shoot with. We do own over 25+ guns in this household though. wink.gif These are just the ones I call "mine" as only I shoot them and maintain them. grin.gif Looking to add one more down the line, when I decide to go on an elk hunting trip someday, which would be a Remington Model 700 SPS Stainless in .270 Win. grin.gif

Re: What kind of rifle do you hunt with?

All depends, for deer I use a Browning BLR .300 WSM with a Bushnell Banner 4-12x40 on top. That's my main rifle I use. When I'm wolf hunting or varmint hunting in wide open fields I use a Remington 700 BDL .22-250 Rem with the heavy barrel and a 6-18x40 Redfield on top.

I primarily hunt gun seasons with my t/C omega muzzleloader but when the urge strikes to pick up a rifle it usually a Remington 700 of some caliber suitable for the game at hand. As AJ said "an accurate one" and these have been that for me.

my main gun is a winchester model 70 super shadow 300wsm, and my back up is a remington model 742 30-06...both are feared by all deer in the mountain state...lol
