Guest Finn
Glad to have that over for another year. We've gotta do push-ups, sit-ups and a 1.5 mile run. Need to score over 75 out of 100 and I got an 82.

Gator
Re: Passed my PT test I hated PT tests, SO glad that is over and done with. What time did you do the run in? we did the same thing, but had to score at least 180 to pass............

When I was in, our PT test consisted of riding an excercise bike with a heart monitor attached to our chest. What a joke!! If the person testing you saw you might fail, they would adjust the monitor a little so it wouldn't get a correct reading. Like I said, what a joke!!! Guest Finn
Re: Passed my PT test Yeah, age plays a factor. I did 49 sit-ups, 45 push-ups (we get a minute for each) and ran the 1.5 miles right around 12:00 Sluggo, that bike ergometry was a joke. Skinny smokers who never worked out had the best scores. Athletes would routinely fail.

jbeck
Re: Passed my PT test I could do a sit up and Pushup in a minute, but I don't know if I could do 45 in 45 minutes. LMBOROF

Elwood
Re: Passed my PT test I would take it if they would give it to me. LOL The bad part of the story is that I have go push 22 year old troops around the track to make sure that they pass. Had one that could not run it in under 17 minutes and failed. Pissed me off. I run his butt off for three weeks and he made it in under 13 minutes the next time he tested.

7th
Re: Passed my PT test I have one here in the next few weeks and not looking forward to it, I do not think about the pushups and set ups (I max them most of the time) it is the run that kills me. Last one I took I got 264 out of 300. would have had 270 but a "friend" got me laughing at the end of my set ups and it is hard to do set ups laughing... I will be glad when it is over and I know you are glad it is done.
