dogdoc
don't get me wrong---i was a big fan of the lions when they had both Billy Simms and Barry Sanders. I even had a Lions jacket growing up---BUT: The lions are losers now, have been losers in the past, and always will be losers. They have never been anything but a disappointment (at least in my lifetime). Between them and the St. Louis now Arizona Cardinals they are the two most disappointing teams in NFL history! They both need new ownership. todd

Chrud
Re: detroit lions The Tudra isn't going to be so frozen this weekend though. Should be an easy bounce back game for GB, the greatest franchise in NFL history.
Nick
Re: detroit lions Lions will win the Superbowl this year. Cant wait to see them embarass and whoop the crap out of the Packers this weekend. James Hall and Shaun Rogers will combine for 5 sacks on Favre. Should be an easy win for the Lions. AdvantageTimberLou
Re: detroit lions One thing is for sure about this team, they can surprise you at times. They still need some work, Charlie Rogers needs to stay healthy and I think we could use a better QB. Harrington just is too hit and miss. If they don't turn it around soon you may see a shake up in management. Lions in 2006 as that is the year we host the Super Bowl!!
