7th Posted October 8, 2006 Report Share Posted October 8, 2006 Got to Buckeye Outdoors today early and then went to eat so the line would go down, stood in line with the family for about 10 min to meet Michael Waddell and when I got the family up there, it was like we was the only people there for him. He saw my bracelet for one of the men that my unit lost and I told him about Gene, He was moved and said he was going to have the next hunt as a memoral for Gene. I gave him the bracelet and he put it on right then. My 4 sons talked about him all the way home and till bed time. I just wish I did not forget to get the camera, would have loved to had a pic with him and the family. Mike, thanks for all you do for our sport and kids. I wish that there was more shows out there that was geared more for kids and not just killing the biggest thing out there. I know this may sound corny but the way Realtree goes all out for the kids and wheeling sportsman events, is what keeps me watching the show and the family realy likes it also.
