HitRmisS
Well it turns out we have some free roaming axis that hang around our duplex complex i'm living at during college. We saw them the other night about 1:30 in the morning while sitting on the tailgate.... well anyways i took a walk along the creek right behind our house today and it is tore up with rubs and there are trails and tracks everywhere. I would really like to kill the axis buck he is huge and i hear that they are good eating also. So my question is do the axis make rubs like whitetails or is what i saw just whitetails, also i don't know how to tell the difference in there tracks. Does anyone have anypointers on how i should hunt these
