kraabel2003
I just bought a hang on lone wolf stand. It is the best stand I have ever used. Im just wondering what you guys think about them?
Bowman
Re: lone wolf I had the old v-bar style a few years ago and liked it but I went and bought the new style and HATED it. I took it back and told the Dealer and Rep it was a Safety Issue waiting to happen. I now Own the Summit Bullet Pack and love it. Guest Finn
Re: lone wolf I've got a Lone Wolf Alpha hang-on and really like it. My biggest thing is that it's always quiet. Good luck with your new stand.
hoosierhunter47
Re: lone wolf im stickin with my summit baby...i guess there is a difference in quiet ness...but i htink its all about the operator....but i m sure there are stands out there that have too much and have safety issues.....wear your harness!!!!!!!!!! noobi
Re: lone wolf i bought an alpha hang on stand a month ago. i haven't hunted from it yet b/c i'm currently hunting public land and i don't want to have it stolen but when november come around i use it at my parents small woods that i hunt when gun hunters come onto public land. i have it hung in a tree now and have sit on it to try it out, it's smaller then my other hang ons but their alot lighter and easier to hang. mag1
Re: lone wolf Just got the new Alpa Assault. Awsome, I'll know more once I get to use it. Light, Easy to pack, this will be great for going into the swamp that I'll be in in a couple of weeks. the main reason for buying this one is the size and weight. You can't beat it. The design is bullet proof, these type of castings are very strong, I used to work for the last American outboard company, and we used the same casting house for many of our components. They might be expensive, but I think, it will be worth it.
Chrud
Re: lone wolf I'm seriously considering a Lone Wolf as my next hang-on stand. Summits are just too noisy in cold weather.

Guest Danbo
Re: lone wolf We have 5 or so lone wolf's and they are the easiest to put. I like them but you give up a little comfort compared to some others. Really nice stands.
