I have always had a backpack quiver until last weekend I was leaning to see behind my right side and I moved my pack enough to make a noise that a beautiful buck heard and looked up at me and blew and was gone. I went out and bought a mathews one peice detachable quiver. My question is how many of you shoot with your quiver on? I shot my bow with it on and it still hits where I am aiming. confused.gif

Re: quiver on or off???

I usually hunt with the quiver on, but practice both ways, as you never know when you might get a shot. If a deer comes in before you get your quiver off or (and this is how I killed my first deer) you walk up on a deer on the way to your stand. It doesn't really matter as long as you can shoot accurately.

I practice with it off and hunt the same way.

I put a small string loop on the quiver and hang

it on a small screw in hook. Back pack frist and quiver on top.
