hoosierhunter
I just found out some interesting information today. I live in Indiana and I'm in Minnesota on a business trip. I stopped in a the Cabela's in Owatonna Mn today to buy a TC Pro Hunter and have it shipped to Indiana. I was told that they can't do this b/c the TC is considered a firearm and not a muzzleloader b/c on the interchangable barrels regardless if it is set up as a muzzleloader. I can buy a omega or any other muzzleloader and ship it, but no the guns with interchangable barrels. I guess you learn something new everyday.... AJ
Re: Info about buying a TC encore out of state... Yep, its a regular rifle as it can be made into a centerfire rifle very easily. You probably could have purchased it there and carried it back with you. As long as there are no state laws prohibiting out of staters, or people from IN from purchasing long guns in MN.
