huntrman
I got out my wind checker a few minutes ago and noticed the bottle was getting low. What is it that you can use as an alternative or maybe is what is originally in those bottles? Is it baking powder, soda, or flour? Or is something else. I cannot for the life of me remember what it is. A little help for this struggling mind would be helpful.
Ruff
Re: Wind Checker I just use a Bic Lighter and watch which way the flame leans from the breeze. I don't smoke but the lighters are handy to have.

JimPic
Re: Wind Checker I tie a 6" or so piece of dental floss to my bow string and tie a maribou feather on that.
