Just so you know, all of Gordon's DNF's are a direct result of the mere fact that Dale Jr. is even on the track. All I can say is, it just wasn't his year to win the 5th. It's up in the air as to who will at this point. It would be nice to see Jeff Burton win it, but I would prefer Mark Martin over anyone else. I'm not going to whine about it, stuff happens. And to be honest, I haven't followed NASCAR even a fraction of what I used to this year. It's gotten too commercialized for me honestly. I still flip it on on Sundays if I think about it, but last night, I was so into the UF-Auburn game, I forgot the race was on and didn't remember it was on until I saw this thread.
