Randyman
Re: NHRA Drag Race Without question, it is the most exciting and fan friendly form of motrsport going. I've seen just about every major form of motorsport, from all 3 series of Nascar, IRL, CART, ARCA, USAC, ASA, AMA Supercross and none compare to the sheer excitement and raw horsepower of the fuel cars in NHRA! You can wander the pits and watch the teams wrenching on the cars and see all of your favorite drivers. Easy to get autographs, too! LOVE THE NHRA! [/ QUOTE ] My buddy and his brother-in-law are a big John Force fans so they did get his autograph and a couple better pix (which I'm working on getting copies of). John is a character. He signed my buddy's brother-in-law's shirt and then said "how 'bout I give you another tatoo?!' then signed his arm as well.

That was very cool to be able to hang out in the pits, watch the crew rebuilding the cars, talking with the entire team (including the drivers), and even standing there while the started the engines (even though you were coughing and your eye were watering). AdvantageTimberLou
Re: NHRA Drag Race When cars literally shake the ground you know your in for some good racing! Awesome race cars and its great how the teams are so accessible to the fans. As for Force, probably the greatest ambassodor for the sport of drag racing, his personality, his energy level......as long as Coil keeps those "hot rods" running John will also be the character that makes drag racing so fun to watch!!
