archerjg
I finally got out to sight my scope on my Black Diamond X/R. I put several rounds through it and had plenty of fouling in the barrel and on the breech plug. I picked up some of the T/C 17 cleaner as I was having a hard time getting all of the fouling out of the barrel without lots of scrubbing. This stuff did an excellent job and it took no time to clean my muzzleloader out. I pulled the breech plug and coated it with this solvent and it melted the fouling in a couple of minutes. I just had to wipe it clean and dry it. It only took about 6 patches and the barrel was clean with no sign of fouling. T/C has come out with some good fouling cleaner in this stuff.
