carolina archery sights

Need a new sight for my bow, after hanging the bow between a limb and the bottom of my climber when I was pulling it up one afternoon last week. The guard got busted and 2 pins got busted, fortunately had another pin I was not using in my box, and I really only shoot one 25 yard pin anyways. So right now it is still functional with the pse sight that came with my bow when I bought the bow, but I was looking at this foxfire sight from carolina archery. Looks like a pretty decent sight and is not expensive. Only $69 from cabelas for a three pin sight and that comes with a sight light too. Have never used any carolina archery products, but would think anything would be better than the sights that came with the bow. Anyone out there have any experience with the carolina archery sights or who can give any input?

Re: carolina archery sights

William,

I would look over at www.archerytalk.com in the classifieds, you will find some great sights at great prices. Some new, some used. There is a separate section just for sights too, its at the top of the classifieds section. They are trying to separate, sights, stabilizers, releases, into their own catorgories.

If you go to the product review section (a section I wish we had here) you might see a review on that sight.

I have seen those CAP sights for sale over there and at great prices.

Good luck buddy!!

Glad I could help William, that place usually has some good reviews and the great thing is moderators must approve a review before it is posted. So no bashing goes on there, just insight on what people like and don't like!

I hope you have must success with your new sight! Hope you get to put a pin on a bruiser of a buck! smile.gif
