Guest MizzouHunter6 Posted October 18, 2006 Report Share Posted October 18, 2006 Ok heres the deal. Ive been doing real well in my first fantasy league. Im in a little big of a pickle this week. I picked up Maurice-Jones Drew and Laurence Maroney as free agents and they have been doing great. Problem is, I dont know which one to start! Jones-Drew plays Houston but It seems like Maroney gets more carries for New England. Here is my starting lineup so far. QB- Jake Delhomme RB/WR - Larry Johnson RB/WR - Willis McGahee RB/WR - Anquan Bolden RB/WR - Roy Williams RB/WR - Maroney or Jones-Drew??? Both Houston and Buffalo have trouble stopping the run. However, Buffalo's defense is better than Houston's overall. I would start Jones-Drew. I'm betting he scores at least one touchdown and runs for 90 yards. I dont like starting either guy because they are both essentially backups and you really cant predict the amount of carries they will get week to week. With that said, I'd probably start Drew in hopes that Jax blows out Houston and Drew gets a bunch of garbage time carries while they rest Taylor. At the first of the year, teams were keying on Johnson and trying to make TJ and Henry beat 'em. Well, TJ and Henry are beating 'em...
