Agreed, my wife downloads them on iTunes and watches them later. Seems like there is more commercial time than actual show time!

My biggest pet peeve is when there are two lanes of traffic (both going the same way) and the right lane runs out up ahead, and people come flying by to try and get up ahead before the lane runs out. This is usually when I get over in the right lane and block these people!

Re: Pet Peeves?

One of my biggest peeves is when I get phone calls from people that can get things for themselves but are too lazy and feel like I am there for their personal use as a retriever. Happens all of the time here in the hospital. Another pet peeve is when people don't use a period or other proper sentence structure and mispell or misuse words like are & our, passed & past, their-there & they're. Just makes me think the person just didn't give a crap about proper grammer their entire lives.

People putting along in the passing lane. being late or waiting on someone being late. Sloppy drunks that think you are interested in hearing their slurred stupid stories and think they are in a wind tunnel and have to speak over the noise to tell you the stupid story that usually ends with them crying all over you.

People who ask what my pet peeves are..... grin.gif

Seriously, a lot of my list could be compiled from driving. With over an hour drive every day I put up with bad drivers. The people who think they can regulate your speed for you really irk me.

In Tulsa you get ran over and cut off if you use a turn signal. I know people hate it when you don’t but sometimes you cant use it here. Its very competitive driving. If you turn on your signal to get over in front of someone they will speed up and cut you off. If you really need to get over you just look for a clear lane and punch it. If you are brave enough to use a signal you better flick it on and move right then. If you delay, youre not getting over.

Btw, My biggest pet peeve, negative people. Yes life is hard, sometimes it stinks, sometimes its far to much work, sometimes nothing goes right but in the words of Dennis Leary, “Life Sucks, Get a helmet!” I cant stand it when people are always moaning and depressed about something…….
