I got up on the stand got my saftey harness on and there come 2 does i dont even have my bow in the tree yet!!! I slowly start to pull it up before they get to where they can see me but i dont have enough time and i just have to sit there without my bow. You know what has to happen one of the does gives me perfect 20 yard shot just quartering away. Just if i had my bow in hand. After that i knew i was going to have a good evening weather has finally worked with me. I sat there and didnt see anymore deer until 20 after 6 then the woods came to life. It was like they walked out of trees. I had one behind me then 2 does came into the holler then 2 more behind them. To bad i didnt get any shots at any more of them. To even greater my hunt i saw that big 10pt! He looks even better than he did in the pics. No shots tho. I feel good seeing him in the day light. Just if i can get on him this week.
