PSE makes a good bow some people on here shoot them and i use to not bad. Martin like was said already. Parker is also another bow you might look at but if your going to get a Parker for a little bit more money you could have you a hoyt. Maybe check out some used mathews, hoyts or bowtechs. I personally shoot a pse nova, and for everything I probably have around 500 to 600 invested. The main thing is to find a bow that fits you, and that you are comfortable with.
