Tigers need to get some hits, I can't blame the pitching much, when you get 0 on the scoreboard you won't ever win. Better wake up soon or its St. Louis Cardinals, 2006 World Champions. Hate to say it but its looking that way! Come on Tigers especially Pudge, if he wasn't the catcher you know dang well Leyland would have benched his butt. He is batting terrible!!! If the Cards could get a split in Detroit, which they did, and Carpenter pitches they way he is capable, which he did last night, thats 3 wins right there. Only have to find a way to get one more. I definately like Bonderman over Suppan, series even at 2 games apiece and then its a race to win two. I like the Tigers, but only if Polanco and Granderson can get the top of that lineup going. [/ QUOTE ] oh i agree they need to get some hits...but if zumaya doesn't have that error and throws to second for the double play...its still 2-0 with a guy on third and 2 out. instead of 4-0...and being down by 2 isn't in your head as much as being down by 4...especially that late in the game...errors are killing them this series along with the bats. i think they will come around...granderson, polanco, pudge...all need to get the bats going. Tigers should have had game 4, costly errors. Sad to see them lose a game they came so close to winning. The bats were working but the gloves were not!
