dogdoc
For maximum camera coverage the camera lens needs to be 6.5 feet high with a 10 to 20 degree angle downward. This is from the directions on page 8 of the instruction manual. If you set it up that high then you might be cutting a lot of the lower body off in the pic. I have mine set up at about 4 ft high with about a 10 degree angle downward. I have noticed on really hot days though, the coverage isn't as good also. good luck todd
snapper
Re: Questions on stealth cam??? Well...I got my first roll developed and I must say...I got alot of nothing. I did get a small buck and a few does. I also got the butt of a deer and the back of a deer (that was before I wedged a stick in behind the top of the camera). Against my better judgement...my buddy was a little impatient and set it to take 5 pics for every motion...well...got alot of pics. of a ratcoon. All in all...they aren't bad...got a few blank pics but I think with a little trial and error...I'll get it figured out. I set the camera to take 1 pic every 1 motion and moved it...we'll see how that works. BTW, I tried scanning the buck pic and a few of the coon...but for some reason I'm having troubles getting it in color I never had so many troubles with scanning and posting pics. before!!!
