I fell about 3 or 4 years ago--I wasn't wearing a saftey harness--and landed directly on my back from 15 feet up. I was so unbelievably lucky that I didn't break anything or even die. Now, no matter what, I wear a harness. Be smart out there, people. If you're a parent--as my wife would say--you have to think about others and not yourself.
