Gator
Okay, I bit the bullet, and bought a UA Cold Gear top. I am NOT impressed. I wore it Sat morning, temps in the 40's. Had a poly pro top on over it, and a long sleeve T-Shirt. The material felt "COLD" against my skin. Think I could have gotten by with the poly pro top and a jacket........How does everyone else like their UA gear?
kooter
Re: Under Armour Cold Gear i love my under armour tops. now i don't like the way the bottoms feel. too tight for me. i did buy the shirt one size bigger and it feels nice and kept me pretty warm this weekend. RangerClay
Re: Under Armour Cold Gear How do I like it? It's more like how did I ever get along without it. I love my UA. Did you work up a sweat walking to your stand?
mule659
Re: Under Armour Cold Gear I love mine. I find that it works a little better with something a little heavier than a t-shirt on over it.
Guest finsnfur
Re: Under Armour Cold Gear i have the bottoms, a size bigger - they are tight, and i do NOT have a top. I just got in. When i undressed at my truck, the layers on my top were sweat soaked under my scentlok. But my layers on my lower were dry as can be. My lower was warmer too. So if you do work up a sweat, it makes a huge difference.
Gator
Re: Under Armour Cold Gear I don't THINK I did Sat......... BUT the poly pro top I had on is SUPPOSED to be moisture wicking as well........
Chrud
Re: Under Armour Cold Gear [ QUOTE ] Did you work up a sweat walking to your stand? [/ QUOTE ] I'd be willing to bet that is what happened. I bought UACG crew top and bottoms a couple weeks ago. The first time I wore it I thought it was a joke. But then I realized what I did wrong. First, I put it on before I had everything in my truck. So, I was a little sweated-up already before I got to the property. The second time I made sure I put it on at the latest time possible before I left so I wouldn't get sweated-up. I was very happy with the results. I am very happy I spent the money on it. Hoyt03
Re: Under Armour Cold Gear I wanted to try some UA cold gear but I will not pay those kinda prices for what it is. I ended up buying basically the same thing at TJ max for 9.99. I got pants and shirt for less then 20$ UA has gotten rediculous in their prices. Especially to pay the extra to get it in camo, when its the most bottom layer your wearing and nobody will ever see it anyways. Saying that I still want some, I will not pay that price for it though. Guest deerhunter82588
Re: Under Armour Cold Gear to me any type of UA is great. Played high school sports and it was always manatory to have under armor on during games. cold gear for football and warm gear for baseball. they work great to me. Turkeygirl
Re: Under Armour Cold Gear I was thinking about UA Cold Gear - tired of my polypro pants and shirt....and wearing bulky layers. Do you still have to wear alot of layers with the UA Cold Gear on or no?
Bowtech_archer07
Re: Under Armour Cold Gear I use something called RemTech instead of UA. It is about $45 cheaper and serves the same purpose. I have had great success w/ it as far as warmth and comfort is concerned.
