WABS
Man do I ever hate these last three weeks before the MN muzzle loader season. I'm headed to MN the day after Thanksgiving to hunt deer with my brothers and Dad and I just can't seem to think about anything else. I must have created about a dozen packing and "to do" lists. Anyone have any suggestions? At least this weekend I'll get out to the range and do some shooting -- that will help for about a day.
wtnhunt
Re: Sitting on Pins and Needles Good luck. Our ml season opens this Saturday. I am ready, just hope I get an opportunity on the deer my 10 year old and I saw this past Sunday morning.
WABS
Re: Sitting on Pins and Needles Good luck! By the time ML season starts in MN the regular gun hunt is already complete so deer are VERY jumpy and not near as many wallhangers around. We tend to concentrate on telling stories and filling freezers.

Guest archer8030
Re: Sitting on Pins and Needles I can relate! I leave for western Kentucky on Saturday morning. I must've paked and re-packed at least eight times now. I'm driving myself crazy!
buckmastermn
Re: Sitting on Pins and Needles Hey WABS, I will also be hunting the muzzleloader season in MN. I am excited because it will be my first year using a muzzleloader. Where do you hunt in mn during the muzzleloader season? But my focus now is on the rifle season, only 3 days away.
