Re: Where do you think these FA\'s will go??

Who knows?

Here's my prediction: the most expensive one will go to the Yanks, the biggest washed up has-been that will pull a hammy getting on the plane, or get an eye infection getting off the plane in Cleveland will go to the Indians, and that FA will be near the top of the money list. Oh, and we'll only sign him for a year.

OK, muggsy, explain the Bonds/Red Sox deal???

And don't say DH, they've got the best DH in the business right now.

I'll handle this muggs.

You see Kev, all free agents go to A) New York B) Boston and the leftovers go to C) L.A and D) Chicago.

It falls under the "baseball sucks until it gets a salary cap" rule. grin.gif

I wasn't sticking up for him, I just get ticked when I think about all the teams (like 28 of them) that don't have a chance in ever signing any serious free agents. It's, for lack of a better term, retarted. smirk.gif

Re: Where do you think these FA\'s will go??

I know what you mean.

There will be 4 big players in the free agent/trade market this year: Yankees, Dodgers, Red Sox and Angels.

Honestly, the Angels probably have the most money/bargaining chips as anyone out there.

Bring him to Detroit..him and leyand are good friends...i can see him ending up in the DH spot here for a year. Detroit fans would take him

You know, that almost makes sense. I know if he doesn't go back to the Giants, he'll have to go to an American League team because his knees aren't capable of playing a position right now.

Detroit does make sense.

BTW---I was talking about the Anaheim Angels. They'll never be the Los Angeles Angles in my book.
